CF Bakes – Cancellation & Refund Policy
At CF Bakes, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take utmost care in preparing fresh, high-quality cakes and desserts for every order. However, we understand that in certain situations, cancellation or refund may be required. Our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and simple.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only if the request is made at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
- Once the cake preparation has started, the order cannot be cancelled as all our products are freshly made and perishable.
- Customized cakes (name, photo, theme, special design) cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
2. Damaged Product / Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive a product that is:
- Physically damaged during delivery
- Incorrect item
- Spoiled due to transportation issues
Please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging

After verification:
- A replacement will be arranged, or
- A partial or full refund will be issued based on the situation and product condition.
3. Taste or Design Concerns
Since taste is subjective and cakes are perishable:
- Refunds are not applicable for personal taste preferences.
- If the design is significantly different from what was confirmed, please share photos within 2 hours of delivery for review.
4. Refund Mode
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method via UPI within 5–7 working days.
- For COD orders, refund will be made via bank transfer or UPI after collecting details.
5. No Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of cakes and desserts:
- Products once delivered cannot be returned.
- Only replacement or refund (as applicable) will be considered after verification.
CF Bakes reserves the right to take the final decision on refunds and replacements based on product condition and evidence provided.
